Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order is placed and processed, we’re unable to change the shipping address. However, if you realize the mistake soon after placing the order, please contact us immediately at wecare@groomerschoice.com or call 888-364-6242, and we’ll do our best to assist before the order ships.

If the order has already shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to request a redirect, or the package may need to be returned to us and then reshipped to the correct address.
