Yes, you can use our 5-gallon pails of shampoo and conditioner with the BatherBox. Please note these products may not work as efficiently as our line of BatherBox products. See the tips below for more details.
- If you decide to use 5-gallon pails with your BatherBox system, we recommend that you keep the pails elevated and located near your BatherBox. If the pails are on the floor, it can be difficult for the products to travel the upward path to the machine.
- Prior to installation, you should also use a scissors to cut off any excess tubing from the product lines. You only need enough tubing to reach directly from the pail to the machine. By eliminating excess tubing, products can flow more smoothly through the product lines.
