How do I return my merchandise?

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Obtain an RMA by starting the process in your Groomer's Choice online account.

We will gladly accept the return of merchandise within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items need to be returned in sellable condition, and all boxes, packaging and accessories must be returned.

The credit amount will be issued minus a 15% restock fee and/or the cost of replacing any missing items. All returns must be preauthorized with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and a copy of the order invoice, if need be.

You can obtain an RMA number one of three ways:

  • Submitting a return request through your online account (steps below)
  • Calling 888-364-6242
  • Emailing wecare@groomerschoice.com

To submit a return request through your online account: 

  1. Click the person icon in the upper right corner of the website (desktop) or click on the hamburger menu in the upper left corner of the mobile experience. Select "Sign In."

  2. Log in using the credentials you used to set up your online account. If you have not set up an account yet, please contact us via one of our other methods.

  3. Once signed into your account, navigate to the "Orders" screen. Scroll to find the order with the product you wish to return. Select "Return Items" for that line item.

  4. Select the product by choosing the quantity from the dropdown menu on the product you wish to return.

  5. Select your reason for return from the dropdown menu.

  6. Select your desired outcome for the return from the dropdown menu.

  7. Once you submit your return request, our Customer Service team will generate an RMA and send you the return labels. They will contact you with next steps.
