How do I return my items?

We want to make returns easy for you! You can return items within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be in sellable condition with all original packaging, boxes and accessories. A 15% restocking fee and/or the cost of replacing any missing items will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, you’ll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA in one of three ways: 

  • Submit a return request through your Groomer's Choice online account (steps below).

  • Call 888-364-6242.

  • Email wecare@groomerschoice.com.

To submit a return request through your online account: 

  1. Click the person icon in the upper-right corner (desktop) or the hamburger menu in the upper-left corner (mobile) and select "Sign In."

  2. Log in using your account credentials. If you don’t have an account, please contact us directly.

  3. Go to the "Orders" screen, locate the order and select “Return Items?”.

  4. Choose the product and quantity you want to return.

  5. Select your reason for the return.

  6. Choose your desired outcome for the return (repair, replacement or store credit).

  7. After submitting, our customer service team will send you an RMA number and return labels with next steps.
