We want to make returns easy for you! You can return items within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be in sellable condition with all original packaging, boxes and accessories. A 15% restocking fee and/or the cost of replacing any missing items will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, you’ll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA in one of three ways:

To submit a return request through your online account:
- Click the person icon in the upper-right corner (desktop) or the hamburger menu in the upper-left corner (mobile) and select "Sign In."
Desktop:
Mobile: - Log in using your account credentials. If you don’t have an account, please contact us directly.
- Go to the "Orders" screen, locate the order and select “Return Items?”.
- Choose the product and quantity you want to return.
- Select your reason for the return.
- Choose your desired outcome for the return (repair, replacement or store credit).
- After submitting, our customer service team will send you an RMA number and return labels with next steps.
