Why am I missing an item from my order?

We’re sorry to hear you are still waiting on one or more items. In this scenario, it is likely that your order is shipping in multiple packages. Here are a few reasons why this may have happened:

  • All of your items were not able to fit into one box.
  • Your order is coming from more than one of our warehouses.
  • One of your items is backordered and will ship later.
  • Your order includes a drop shipped item (a product shipping directly from the manufacturer).
