The website will not accept my phone number, and I can’t check out. Why?

If it has been over a year since you last placed an order from Groomer’s Choice, it is likely that your account was deactivated.

  • To place an order, you will need to re-register for a new account. You can still use the same email address and phone number you used to register for your original account. Once you have re-registered, you will then be able to place your order.
