What happens if a product I want is on backorder?

We strive to keep everything in stock, but sometimes items are unavailable. We gladly accept backorders for products priced at $15 or more. Here’s how backorders are handled:

  • Arrives within 30 days – The item ships automatically with applicable shipping charges.
  • Arrives between 30 to 60 days – We’ll contact you before shipping.
  • Hasn’t arrived within 60 days – The order will be canceled.
