What if I no longer need or want my merchandise?

We'll take it! However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. After inspection, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

We'll take it back! If the merchandise is non-defective, you are responsible for paying return shipping costs. After verification/inspection of the item(s), Groomer's Choice will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. If you'd like to exchange your merchandise, we can do that! Please note that shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by you.
