We're sorry to hear your order arrived damaged or defective. Please follow these steps to request a return or replacement:
- Damaged Items: If your item was damaged in transit, take photos of the damage and email them to wecare@groomerschoice.com. If the item is unsalvageable, you won’t need to send it back.
- Defective Items: If a product isn’t working properly, please request a return through your Groomer’s Choice account. Returns must be preauthorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service. Send the item back to us, including the receipt for shipping costs, and we’ll process a refund or replacement.
Once verified, we’ll issue a refund (including shipping costs) or send a replacement—whichever you prefer.
