- If you're outside of the contiguous U.S., our shipping discounts, including free shipping, do not apply.

Does my order contain a drop shipped item?

Some products, like dryers, are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and don’t qualify for free or discounted shipping from Groomer's Choice.

Are my items shipping from multiple warehouses?

If an item in your order is out of stock at one warehouse, Groomer's Choice will ship it from the next closest warehouse that has it in stock. We cover the shipping cost from the first nearest warehouse when your order totals $99 or more. Any shipping costs from additional warehouses will be your responsibility.
