Why did I have to pay for shipping if my order was over $99?

Some situations warrant shipping charges, even if the merchandise total is over $99.

If you find yourself in this situation, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Am I located in the contiguous United States? If you are outside of the contiguous U.S., our shipping discounts, including FREE shipping, do not apply.
  • Does my order contain a drop shipped item? Select products, such as dryers, are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items do not qualify for free or discounted shipping from Groomer's Choice.

  • Are my items shipping from multiple warehouses? Although it doesn't happen often, we are sometimes out of stock of items at one of our facilities. If this is the case, Groomer's Choice finds the second closest warehouse to you that does have the item in stock. We cover shipping expenses from the first nearest warehouse when your order totals $99 or more. Any shipping costs from an additional warehouse will be covered by you.
