What if I accidentally ordered the wrong item or size?

No worries, we'll take it back! We will refund the purchase price to your original payment method or ship you an exchange, depending on your preference.

First, submit a return request in your Groomer's Choice online account. (See the steps for submitting a request here.) You can also contact Customer Service at wecare@groomerschoice.com or 888-364-6242 to get started.

Customer Service will then provide you with an RMA number to ship the merchandise back to Groomer's Choice. After verification/inspection of the item(s), we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method or ship you an exchange.

Please note: 

  • In this situation, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you'd like to exchange your merchandise, we can do that! Just keep in mind that shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by you.
  • Seasonal items, books and DVDs may not be returned unless defective and can only be exchanged for the exact item/same SKU. 
  • All drop-shipped items (noted on your invoice) must be returned directly to the manufacturer
  • Merchandise outside of the 30-day return window must be returned to the manufacturer and will fall under manufacturer return/warranty guidelines.
