You can submit a return request in your Groomer's Choice online account. (See the steps for submitting a request here.) If you do not have an account set up, you can call Customer Service at 888-364-6242 or email wecare@groomerschoice.com instead.
Once you have submitted your return request, Customer Service will provide you with an RMA number so you can ship the incorrect item(s) back to us.
After verification/inspection of the merchandise, Groomer's Choice will ship you the correct merchandise immediately with a return postage label.
As mentioned, we will cover your return shipping costs, as well as the cost to reship the correct item(s). We apologize for the mix-up!
